Lawrence Bloom (Fellow of the Royal Institute; Secretary-General, Be Earth Foundation; Chairman, Dakia Institute; Chairman, Be Energy) has forwarded our EnviroPlexTM proposal to “the highest level of the Chinese government.” Here is Lawrence in London in 1992 with HRH Princess Diana.
Lawrence was the first Chair of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council. The list goes on and on! In a nutshell, he is extremely influential and experienced in matters of finance and climate, and is very well-connected indeed.
